Responsibility

I drew the lineart for this almost a year ago to the day. The reason I picked that for the title is that one day she’ll be taking up the mantle of Sailor Moon/Queen, right? That’s a whole lotta responsibility right thar.

I was mostly just mucking around with the background and it was both frustrating and fun at the same time. Not entirely sold on it but my eyes are bleeding from looking at all the colours for so long sooo…
